NYE 2025 at Home: What to Drink & How to Serve It
For those celebrating NYE 2025 at home, Grace Winery’s sparkling lineup offers a locally crafted way to toast the new year. The Méthode Traditionnelle Brut, made from estate Chardonnay and aged more than two years on lees, delivers brioche, toasted almond, apple, and citrus notes with fine bubbles and creamy texture. The Sparkling Cuvée, crafted from Pinot Blanc, leans fruit-forward and approachable, perfect for casual celebrations.

Winemaker Andrew Yingst recommends storing unopened bottles on their side in a cool, dark space, serving sparkling wines at 40 to 45 degrees in white wine glasses to enhance aromatics, and pairing Méthode Traditionnelle with oysters, caviar, fried chicken, or aged Parmesan. His tip for opening bottles emphasizes control over spectacle: hold the cork and twist the bottle, not the other way around.
Francis Ford Coppola Winery adds versatility this NYE 2025 with Diamond Collection Prosecco, available in standard bottles and convenient minis. Its crisp apple, citrus, and white peach notes also shine in a Negroni Spritz, made by stirring gin, bitters, and amaro over ice, adding lemon, straining into a coupe, topping with prosecco, and garnishing with an orange twist.
